CFDA releases the notification on issues concerning Product Technical Requirement (PTR), and clarifies the roles and use of PTR. According to the notification, PTR submitted and registetred with CFDA will be taken as the criteria or standard used not only for evaluate the product safety and quality at pre-market approval, but also for post-market inspection.
